It's not their fault but hiring employees who ride motorcycles have knowledge on what they're talking about or can at least help. You hire people who don't ride, they don't have experience in motorcycles questions or information. I think I'll stick to ordering stuff online with information provided vs asking someone who can't give me an answer."
"Sorry to bother the guys working at the store that day by asking questions, but.....I spent over 300 dollars earlier in the week and was back to buy jackets and gloves to go with the Helmets I bought for my wife and I. The customer service was horrible. The employees had no one else in the store but were not interested one bit in making a sale that day. Maybe a sales commission would have made them care about my money."
